Overwatch Digital Solutions is a DBA of Palardy Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, and protected when you use our public notary scheduling website, communicate with us, or receive appointment-related messages.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, requested appointment date and time, service location, document type, notarial act requested, signer and witness details, and other information needed to review or fulfill your request.
Payment-card details are collected and stored by Square through its secure payment services. We do not store full card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes. We may retain limited payment references, status information, card brand, and last four digits when provided by Square.
How we use information
We use information to review and schedule appointments, communicate about requests, calculate service and travel fees, provide notary services, process or document payments, send receipts and reminders, maintain legally required business records, prevent fraud, protect our systems, and comply with applicable law.
SMS messaging and consent
When you voluntarily select the separate SMS consent checkbox on our scheduling form, Overwatch Digital Solutions may send transactional text messages concerning notary requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, cancellations, payment-related notices, and customer-service responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
Service providers
We may use service providers such as Microsoft for email and calendar services, Twilio for SMS delivery, Square for payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and mapping or routing providers for travel-distance calculations. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf. Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, customer service, payment records, legal and notarial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and compliance. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

You may decline SMS consent and still submit an appointment request. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. You may contact us to request correction or deletion of information when permitted by law; some notarial, transaction, audit, or legal records may need to be retained.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
