Overwatch Digital Solutions is a DBA of Palardy Technologies LLC. By submitting a notary appointment request or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Appointment requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. A request is confirmed only after Overwatch Digital Solutions reviews availability and sends approval or confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, appointment, signer, document, and location information.
Notarial services
You must present acceptable identification and satisfy all legal requirements for the requested notarial act. The notary may decline or stop a service when identity, willingness, awareness, document completeness, legal authority, safety, or other required conditions cannot be established. We do not provide legal advice and do not select or prepare legal documents for you.
Fees and travel
In-person notarial service is $15.00 for the first notarized document and $5.00 for each additional document requiring a notary signature and stamp. Tennessee permits a reasonable fee for in-person notarial services. Fees are based on the required notarial signatures, stamps, or certificates—not the number of pages. For example, a multi-page document requiring one notary signature and stamp is generally one notarization. Travel to a business location may carry a $5 location fee. Mobile service to another location may be charged using round-trip mileage at $0.50 per mile during regular hours and $0.75 per mile after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends. The scheduling-page estimate covers notarization fees; location and mileage charges are separate. Final pricing is disclosed before approval or service when practical.
Payments
Accepted payment methods may include Square card payment, cash, or Zelle. Square securely collects and stores full payment-card information. Overwatch Digital Solutions does not store full card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes. When you authorize a card, you permit the applicable approved charge for completed services and any cancellation or no-show fee expressly accepted under these terms.
Cancellations and no-shows
A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged a $15 cancellation fee. Failure to appear or be available for the scheduled appointment may be charged a $25 no-show fee. Fees may be waived at our discretion where circumstances justify doing so.
SMS terms
SMS participation is optional. When you check the separate, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our scheduling form, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Overwatch Digital Solutions, a trade name of Palardy Technologies LLC, concerning notary requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, cancellations, payment-related notices, and customer-service responses.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and message delivery may vary.
If you opt out by replying STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent records, will not be sold, shared, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Electronic communications
You consent to receive appointment and transaction communications electronically at the email address or phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping that information current.
Website availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or scheduling service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, although we work to maintain reliable service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palardy Technologies LLC and Overwatch Digital Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, communications, scheduling delays, third-party service failures, or inability to complete a requested notarization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as services, fees, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date.
